The Right Person in the Right Seat

A simple tweak to your hiring process might make all the difference. If you hire people, you know that finding the right person for a position can be very challenging. Resumes can give you a general idea of skills, but not personality fit for a long-term placement. Face it–once a candidate is in place, nobody wants to spend the time and resources to rehire because of a bad fit.
